KeyMob

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 9, 2026

What KeyMob reads from your device, what leaves your computer, and why. The short version: the readings you inspect are shown to you on your own machine, and the data we hold is what a licence and an order need.

01

The data you inspect

Metrics, logs and files are read from the device and shown on your computer.

KeyMob reads performance metrics, frame and power data, real-time and crash logs, usage history, files and app data from the device you connect, so that the desktop application can display them to you. That exchange runs between the connected device and the computer KeyMob is installed on.

What the application separately reports back to us is listed in the next section, and nothing beyond it is sent on the strength of this section. Where a feature explicitly stores something on our services on your behalf, that feature says so at the point you use it.

02

What we collect

Contact email, licence and order data, device identifiers, and usage information that the desktop app reports.

Contact email. The email address you enter at purchase, used to send your activation code and to recover your licence. KeyMob has no accounts; the software needs no registration or sign-in.

Licence and order information. Your activation codes and purchase records such as order number and amount — needed to grant the entitlement you paid for and to handle support afterwards. Payment itself is completed through a third-party payment channel.

Device information. Device model, operating system version and a device identifier, used to count distinct installations and to detect licence abuse.

Usage information. The desktop application reports how the application itself is used — which features are opened, and error and diagnostic events — associated with your licence. It covers the application, not the contents of the readings you take from your device. If you do not want to keep sharing it, tell us using the contact details below.

Preferences stored on your machine. Interface language and theme are kept locally so they persist between sessions. They are not sent to us.

03

Why we process it

To issue and validate licences, to support you and to fix the product.

To issue and validate activation codes; to complete purchases and answer questions about them; to diagnose faults and improve the product; to send service notices about versions and updates; and to detect fraud and abuse of licences.

04

Sharing

We do not sell your data.

We do not sell personal information. We share it with the service providers that operate our infrastructure and process payments on our behalf, only as far as they need it to provide that service; where you have asked us to; and where the law requires it.

05

Retention

Licence and order records are kept while the licence is valid and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting rules require. Diagnostic and usage events are kept for a limited period and then deleted. Aggregated counts that cannot identify an installation may be kept longer.

06

Your choices

Access, correct, delete, and stop sharing usage data.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. You can ask us to stop the usage reporting described in section 2 at any time; doing so does not affect a licence you already hold.

To exercise any of this, write to 2462611616@qq.com. We may need to confirm which licence a request concerns (for example by order number or purchase email) before acting on it.

07

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to it is restricted to the people who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, so we do not claim that it is; if a breach ever affects your data, we will notify affected users and the authorities as the law requires.

08

This website

No analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies.

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and runs no visitor tracking. Your theme and language choices are stored in your own browser so the site remembers them; nothing about that leaves your machine.

Pages load a web font from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts a Google server and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

09

Children

KeyMob is a developer tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10

Changes and contact

When this policy changes we will publish the new version here and revise the date shown above. Questions, requests and complaints can be sent to 2462611616@qq.com.
